Shipping Info

This page concerns orders from the AU. Read about shipping time, delivery price, delivery options, tracking and customs/tax.

Shipping time

5 business days, for orders with all items in stock. The expected delivery date will be shown clearly during the checkout process and the order confirmation. Notice that we do not ship your order before all the items are in stock.

You will receive an e-mail notification if the shipment of your order has been delayed.

Delivery options and prices

* Shipping cost is based on product weight and size. It is calculated in checkout.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.

In case of damaged or undelivered parcels

Please be sure to examine the item, when you receive it. Should there be any damages or was the parcel not delivered as expected, please contact SkatePro as soon as possible. For details, please go to our Terms and Conditions page.

Customs and Tax

Please be aware that customs duty and taxes may apply to your order when shipping to Australia.

• For orders with an order value of less than $1000 expect to be asked to pay taxes, but you will not have to pay customs duty
• For orders over $1000 expect to be asked to pay both customs duty and taxes
