Purchasing scooter spacers
A wheel spacer is positioned between two bearings in a wheel. The purpose of a spacer is to prevent excessive pressure on the bearings when securing the axle or bolts. In simpler terms, a spacer allows you to fasten your axle or bolt firmly.
Important information about scooter spacers
- Wheel spacers come in two diameters, and all our scooters utilise 8 mm spacers.
- The length of a spacer can differ, so it is advisable to retain your old spacer for guidance.
- Unless specified otherwise, our spacers typically measure 10.1 mm in length.
- Constructed from plastic and aluminium, aluminium spacers tend to have a longer lifespan.
