Éclat team rider Ty Morrow's signature tyre

The Ty Morrow signature tyre by Éclat has been in development since 2017, and eventually reached retailers by mid-2019. It underwent testing, redesign, and optimisation in close collaboration with Ty to ensure it met his exact requirements.

Unique aspects of the tread pattern

Mr. Morrow had several criteria concerning the design and functionality of his tyre, all of which were realised. He desired:

• A fast-rolling tyre with a rapid centre line
• An extremely grippy edge design, providing substantial traction when leaning the bike on the sides
• The ability to tackle all types of terrain with the same tyre
• A robust 2.40" design for excellent control and a stylish appearance
• A durable tyre casing, capable of withstanding the heavy impacts he subjects his tyres to
• Colourful sidewall graphics that complement his signature Ty bars.
