Guide to Fitting BMX Tyres and Inner Tubes

This video provides instructions on fitting BMX tyres and an inner tube:

1. Begin by slightly inflating the inner tube with some air.
2. Pay attention to the wheel’s rotational direction.
3. Proceed by inserting the wheel into the tyre.
4. Ensure there is a space between the wheel and the tyre.
5. Insert the valve through the hole in the wheel.
6. Fit the tube into place.
7. Subsequently, secure the remainder of the tyre onto the wheel.
8. Check that the valve remains straight.
9. Attach the pump head afterwards.
10. Inflate the tyre to the pressure specified on its sidewall.
11. Finally, screw on the cap.
