Maple Speed Skates

Maple, a company based in the Netherlands, boasts extensive experience in crafting speed skating products for both inline and ice skating disciplines. They focus on manufacturing high-performance blades for speed skating as well as frames for inline speed skating.

On the ice, Maple offers long track and short track blades that align with the standards used by Olympic champions. Their Maple Gold Short Track Blade is utilised by numerous national teams and is among the most popular speed skate blades on the World Cup Circuit. For inline speed skating, Maple inline frames are crafted to similarly high standards. Each frame is constructed from high-grade aluminium, ensuring an ideal balance between strength and weight.

The company was established by Johan Bennick in the Netherlands in 1990. Johan enjoyed a successful career as a speed skating athlete and even more so as a coach, where his expertise contributed to the development of 2 Olympians in long track skating. He has since gone on to establish EvoSkate and Skate-Tec, where his passion for designing innovative and premium products remains strong.
