Water Ski Bindings & Parts
Bindings for Slalom and Twin Water Skis
Bindings for water skis serve as the foot straps that secure you to your skis. Typically crafted from EVA or rubber, the boot component of the binding is sturdy, while the plates, affixed to the skis, are constructed from durable plastic. Referred to as water ski boots, these bindings are available in various styles, which you should consider prior to buying.
The Two Binding Variants for Water Skiing
Water ski bindings are available in two configurations: double boot bindings and boot with rear toe bindings. The slalom-style double boot water ski bindings are crafted to secure both feet firmly, providing minimal movement. This design offers skiers enhanced stability, enabling a greater level of performance.
Boot and rear toe piece bindings involve the front foot being secured in a boot, while the rear foot slips into a toe strap, allowing the heel to move freely. This style offers the water skier increased flexibility to adjust the rear foot for better balance, making it suitable for beginners and ideal for scenarios where multiple skiers use the same ski in succession.
Within this section, you'll also come across replacement components for water ski bindings, such as binding plates. Typically, these are compatible with specific bindings only. However, if you're uncertain, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
