We believe you deserve the best products at the best prices. That’s why we offer a price match policy. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it. See the criteria for price matching below.
Criteria for Price Matching
To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
Product Eligibility
- Identical Product - Must match in brand, model, size, color, and specifications.
- In Stock - The competitor must have the item in stock for immediate delivery.
- No Sales or Promotions - Sale items, promotional deals, vouchers, and clearance offers are excluded.
- No Subscription-Based Pricing - Prices requiring subscriptions, memberships, or loyalty program enrollment are excluded.
Competitor Requirements
- National-Based Competitors - Applies only to Australia-based competitor websites.
- No Auctions/Third-Party Sellers - Platforms like eBay or Amazon Marketplace are excluded.
Price and Cost Comparison
- Minimum Price Difference - The price must be at least $5 lower.
- Total Cost Comparison - The total cost (including shipping, delivery fees, and taxes) must be lower for a price match to apply.
Request Process and Restrictions
- Before Purchase - Requests must be submitted and approved before the order is processed and invoiced.
- Personal Use - For personal purchases only; bulk orders or resale items are excluded.
Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers from SkatePro.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match:
- Add the product to your cart and include the competitor’s product link and name in the comment section during checkout.
- Our team will review your request before finalizing your order.
Processing Time: Price match requests can take up to 72 hours (or longer during peak times) to process, which may delay your order.
Important Notes
- If approved, we will adjust your order to reflect the matched price.
- Approval of price match requests is at SkatePro’s discretion.
- Requests will not be approved if they fail to meet the criteria or if the price difference would result in a loss that does not cover processing costs.
- Each request is handled individually, and past resolutions cannot be used as precedent.
