Swix F4 Liquid Cross Country Ski Glide Wax is a fluorine-free wax, provided in a handy 250ml bottle with a broad opening allowing for straightforward application. It includes a sponge foam applicator on one side for wax application and a felt pad on the opposite side for polishing.

Spread a thin layer of F4 across the base surface and allow it to dry for about 2 minutes. Conclude by polishing with the felt pad. For storage purposes, apply F4 to the steel edges to avert rust.
