Description
NOTE: Cannot be mounted on skis with pre-mounted NIS plates.
This is the IFP set (Integrated Fixation Plate) – This plate is designed for Turnamic cross-country bindings (from Fischer and Rossignol) enabling the bindings to be clicked onto the skis.
The IFP set serves as the link between skis and bindings, allowing simple adjustment of the binding slightly forwards or backwards.
Moving to the forward position offers better grip, while the backward position enhances glide.
These Fischer cross-country binding mounting plates include everything required to get you skiing.
Concerning the mounting of the IFP plates, Fischer states that the drill pattern is "Screw mount plate SNS pattern." This indicates you can use a Salomon SNS mounting jig to create the hole patterns for the IFP screws into the cross-country skis. Please always exercise caution and ensure the holes on the plates and in the jig align correctly.
