Yxr Optigrip 2.1 Classic Cross Country Skis

The YXR Optigrip 2.1 is a grip-coated ski ideal for challenging and wet conditions when temperatures are close to zero. Optigrip coating is applied to the soft base in the midsection of the ski, which means there is no need for kick zone wax, while the tip and tail sections still require waxing with glider wax as usual. To slightly broaden the usage range and improve kick in critical conditions, the kickzone area can be carefully roughened with sandpaper.

Select a ski that matches the skier's weight, with a ski length approximately 10 cm longer than the person’s height.
