Tacks 9040 Ice Hockey Skates

The Tacks 9040 Ice Hockey skates are the most economical option in the Tacks series. These skates are ideal for beginners in ice hockey or for those who enjoy playing recreationally.

They are equipped with the SpeedBlade Pro runner and holder, featuring a runner that cannot be replaced, housed within the holder. The holder is slightly raised, providing a more aggressive attack angle.

The 9040 Skates are built with injected mesh, offering the necessary stiffness for effective energy transfer. Additionally, they include a brushed microfibre liner that is both comfortable and highly resistant to wear and tear.

Notice: From our experience with CCM, we have opted to list the skates in sizes that correspond to actual shoe sizes. Thus, when choosing a new skate, simply align it with your existing shoe size.

CCM utilises their proprietary conversion table and has marked their product boxes with their unique “EU-sizes”. Consequently, the box size is likely not to match your selected size, so we strongly recommend trying on the skates before deciding whether to return them.
