The Substance is a Mid Bottom bracket, supplied with sealed precision bearings, CNC’d spacers, tube spacers, a sprocket bolt, and all other spacers necessary for perfect alignment.

Before purchasing a bottom bracket, ensure you verify the compatibility with your frame type. If there are no integrated cups, an American bottom bracket would be suitable, though if your frame includes integrated cups, the bearings will not fit into the sockets.
