The renowned and incredibly popular Mantra skis by Völkl have been revamped this season with an emphasis on enhancing all-mountain performance while maintaining their adaptability.
The updated structure, featuring cutout titanal sheets along the edges and a slimmer layer beneath the foot, delivers stable yet flexible skis that strike a delightful balance for both groomed runs and powder snow.
Carbon in the tip offers lightweight characteristics combined with stability.
The M5 Mantra skis are lively and enjoyable, and the waist width, now narrower compared to previous versions, allows for quicker transitions from edge to edge.
Finally, the baseline shape has transitioned from full rocker to camber with tip and tail rocker. These modifications supply increased rebound, facilitating dynamic skiing and excellent edge hold.
Ideal freeride skis with all-mountain features for skiers ranging from intermediate to expert levels.

| "Ordered a pair of Volkl Mantra--got them in less than 10 days (from Denmark to San Francisco!) and the skis fit my boots perfectly (gave Skatepro my boot size & skiing ability and they set up the skis/bindings (Marker Griffon). I've skied on them twice so far and they're wonderful, quick turning, but very sharp on hardpack. I never felt like I couldn't get an edge and they're solid at speed. Skatepro even helped me fix my ordering mistake. I wanted the 170 cm's, but mistakenly ordered the 177's (user error). I saw the confirmation and realized my mistake, emailed Skatepro immediately and asked to switch the skis, which they did, quickly with no fuss." | |
