Enhanced wheels designed for speed skating. These wheels are constructed using the four-part TR3 system known as "Core improvement". They feature upgraded G13 Polyurethane to provide improved grip.
Matter wheels, made in the USA, utilise the Footprint scale. The F1 signifies footprint 1.

F2 - approximately equivalent to 84A
F3 - approximately equivalent to 83A
