Description
The ultimate mouthguard features three dense layers of shock-absorbing material that ensure the highest level of protection, reducing the risk of both concussion and dental injuries. A strap for mounting onto a helmet is included.
The MGX is engineered for added comfort, boasting a suction-fit design with an unobstructed breathing channel and a Gel layer that moulds to the contour of your teeth and gum line.
This is suitable for adults aged 10 and over.
When customising the mouthguard, be cautious as boiling water can be hazardous!
- Bring water to a boil and allow it to cool for 30 seconds before submerging the adult mouthguard for 60 seconds.
- Using a spoon, remove the guard from the water, shake off excess water, and promptly position it over the upper teeth. (The guard should still be warm)
- With the upper teeth aligned, bite down gently and suck/squeeze air and excess water from the guard using your tongue. You may also use your fingers to press the protector into place from the outside.
- Keep the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse under cold running water.
- If the fit is not ideal, repeat the process until the desired fit is achieved.
