MG1 mouthguard

The Wilson MG1 Mouthguard is crafted with a single-density design to safeguard your teeth and gums while playing contact sports. This mouthguard comes in two sizes: an adult version suitable for those aged 10 and up, and a youth version intended for children 10 and under. Customising the Mouthguard: Warning! Boiling water can be hazardous!

1. Bring water to the boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before placing the adult guard into the water for 70 seconds. (For the Youth guard, use 30 seconds)

2. Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off the water, and swiftly centre the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should be warm)

3. When the upper teeth are centred, bite down gently and use your tongue to draw out air and any excess water. You may also press the protector in place on the outside with your fingers.

4. Keep the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove and cool it under running cold water.

5. Should the fit not be ideal, repeat the steps until it is satisfactory.

6. If the guard is marginally too large, trim some of the ends off with a knife.
