Ideal Fit for Adults and Youth:

Wilson recognises the importance of comfort and fit, which is why the MG2 Mouth Guard is available in two sizes: adult and youth.

The adult size is appropriate for those aged 10 and above, whereas the youth size is designed for those aged 10 and below.

Customisation Instructions for the Mouthguard, Caution! Boiling water can pose a risk!

1. Bring the water to a boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before placing the adult guard in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for Youth)

2. Remove the guard from the water using a spoon, shake off the water, and quickly centre the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should remain warm)

3. Once the upper teeth are centred, bite gently together and use your tongue to draw out air and excess water from the guard. You may also use your fingers to press the protector into place on the outside.

4. Keep the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and run it under cold water.

5. If the fit is not quite right, repeat the steps until it feels optimal.

6. Should the guard be slightly too large, you may trim some of the ends with a knife.
