Description
The Wilson MG2 Mouth Guard is developed to reduce the likelihood of concussions and dental injuries during vigorous sports activities. Made from top-quality, resilient materials, this mouthguard offers a snug and reliable fit, enabling you to concentrate on your pursuits without any interruptions.
Featuring an innovative 2-layer design, the Wilson MG2 Mouth Guard delivers superior defence against impact and shock. The external layer successfully disperses the force of an impact, while the internal layer cushions and absorbs, lessening the chances of harm to your teeth, gums, and jaws.
Ideal Fit for Adults and Youth:
Wilson recognises the importance of comfort and fit, which is why the MG2 Mouth Guard is available in two sizes: adult and youth.
The adult size is appropriate for those aged 10 and above, whereas the youth size is designed for those aged 10 and below.
Size: Adult fits ages over 10 / Youth fits ages under 10
Customisation Instructions for the Mouthguard, Caution! Boiling water can pose a risk!
-
Bring the water to a boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before placing the adult guard in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for Youth)
-
Remove the guard from the water using a spoon, shake off the water, and quickly centre the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should remain warm)
-
Once the upper teeth are centred, bite gently together and use your tongue to draw out air and excess water from the guard. You may also use your fingers to press the protector into place on the outside.
-
Keep the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and run it under cold water.
-
If the fit is not quite right, repeat the steps until it feels optimal.
-
Should the guard be slightly too large, you may trim some of the ends with a knife.

"The description of the gum shield did not match what I received. The gum shield was far too thick to wear over night It was the most uncomfortable protection I have ever worn. I was left with aching gums the following morning and sores on the corners of my mouth." | |

Reply from SkatePro: We are very sorry to hear that the mouth guard didn't live up to you expectations. It is very normal to feel sore gums the first couple of times you use a new mouth guard, even when you are just using it for half an hour. If you plan to use the mouth guard for a dental purpose, we would recommend you to contact your dentist first. If you have any questions please contact our customer service on Email@Skatepro.uk /Frede |
