Killer Plates

The Roll-Line Killer plates for roller derby skates are an exceptional option if you want to enhance your derby plates to a lightweight and highly manoeuvrable configuration. The base is constructed from a unique lightweight aluminium alloy, while the trucks are crafted from steel. The comprehensive design is centred around a cross brace structure that guarantees outstanding structural rigidity whilst maintaining minimal weight.

The trucks have varied angles to enhance performance in several aspects. The increased inclination of the front axle allows skaters to initiate turns more effortlessly and with less pressure. The decreased inclination of the rear axle boosts stability and centering during turns.

The Killer plates feature Roll-Line’s remarkable cushions. This configuration is supplied from the factory with a medium hardness.

With the click action adjustment system, it has never been simpler to achieve an even tension for your plates. Tighten the nut until you hear a distinct click. Then, simply count the clicks until the trucks are positioned exactly as desired—just repeat this on the other plate for a consistent outcome. For easier backward steering, it is suggested to set the rear kingpin nuts one click looser than the front truck.

The plates include the Ambra Super Professional toe stopper, composed of natural rubber that does not leave marks on the floor. In addition, the use of natural rubber ensures superior grip for rapid directional changes or swift stops.

This model features 8mm axles and employs a metric thread in the toe stop mounts.
