The general rule of ABEC bearings is applicable - The lower the rating, the slower the bearing, yet it is more durable against impacts, like from hard landings, for example. So, if you do not skate rapidly but perform large jumps, opt for the ABEC3 bearings. If you desire to skate fast and maintain stability, select the more precise ABEC7 bearings.
